What happens if my plan expires?
We'll notify you by email before anything happens — you get a notice 7 days before it expires, and another on the day it expires. If you don't renew, your account isn't blocked right away: you get a 10-day grace period with normal access, during which we keep reminding you to renew.
If those 10 days pass without renewing, your account automatically switches to the Starter plan, with royalties at 80% instead of your previous plan's terms. To go back to Pro or Labels, you'll need to purchase the plan you want again — the system doesn't reactivate your old plan on its own, it has to be bought again.
How to renew your current plan
- Log in at portal.draikotune.com.
- Go to My Account in the side menu.
- Click the Renew Subscription button.
- Choose your payment method (card or PayPal) and confirm.
Your plan extends for one more year from the day you renew — it doesn't add on to the time you had left, so there's no rush to renew the exact day it expires; you have the 10-day grace period to do it calmly.
How to upgrade to another plan
If you want to move up from Pro to Labels, or from one Labels tier to a bigger one (for example, from 5 to 10 artists), the process is the same: pick the new plan in My Account, select your payment method, and confirm — your account updates instantly.
| Plan | Annual price |
|---|---|
| Pro | $15 USD |
| Labels — 5 artists | $33 USD |
| Labels — 10 artists | $60 USD |
| Labels — 15 artists | $85 USD |
| Labels — 20 artists | $100 USD |
When you upgrade, your one-year period resets from that moment — it's not prorated or added to the time left on your previous plan. You also won't lose your artists or your already-uploaded releases: only your plan and artist limit change.
